This webpage describe the policy CodeAchi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. maintains to issue or deny refund and return requests by the clients.

To initiate any refund request please email your concern to refund@codeachi.com . Please ensure you have the complete order information like order number, your name, reason for refund etc.

Our Returns and Refund Policy

Your ORDER is processed through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. All of the data entered on protected pages is encrypted using the 128 Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transmitted to the recipient via a secure connection. The data can only be read once it is received. Safe shopping is guaranteed.

Section 1: CodeAchi™ Product’s refund policy

This section only describes the refund terms and conditions for the refund in case of you have purchased CodeAchi Software Products. Products are listed in the products page of the website. This policy is only applied to you if you have purchased any product listed in the website under product section. Kindly read section 2 (below) for the refund policy of CodeAchi Services if you are looking for refund policy of CodeAchi Services mentioned in the service section of the website.

1.1 Authorized Re-Seller:

Authorized Reseller are Individual/Business who have agreement with CodeAchi to resell the product/software of CodeAchi. The agreement is done through email. The list of authorized re-seller are listed on our reseller page. The list is updated on monthly basis.

1.2: Client:

A client is that who purchases any CodeAchi’s software product online through any CodeAchi’s website or through CodeAchi’s authorized resellers.

1.3 Notice:

The email sent by CodeAchi or on behalf of CodeAchi by authorized reseller or payment gateway on purchase of the product/software online. The email contains the link to the full version of product/software and credentials (if required) for activating the product/software. Users have to understand this very carefully that our software products are designed in such a way that they are tested through a tough process where they give 99.9% accurate results. We maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality standard in all our products and services.  However, users should be well aware that there can be certain corruption cases where our products might have some bugs, can cause unwanted behavior from the software. Also, in case the not fulfillment of system requirements described in the products download page can cause the error in the first place. This can be tested via the free demo versions, which give preview of our each software product. We anticipate the users to co-operate with us as we make every possible effort to help you receive 100% satisfaction. We request you to keep patience if there is any error occurred and contact our technical team straight way.  We holds the records of resolving any problem reported by our client within 3 working days. Before initiating for any refund request we are expecting you to report the problem to our technical team via contact@codeachi.com with your concern and give us sufficient time (at least 10 days) to resolve the problem. If we unable to provide you results within 10 days of your report you can go for refund request with all details we seek for granting the refund.  Use of Demo Version Is Strictly Recommended

1.4 Guidelines for Refund

The client as defined in Section 1.1 (above) has the right to request for refund for the CodeAchi product/software for the 30 days from the date of purchase, if your case falls in the following refund guidelines.

  • The purchase should be done either directly through CodeAchi websites or through authorized re-seller of CodeAchi.
  • CodeAchi is not responsible for any one of the following:
    • Any lost or misdirected email.
    • Delays in downloading or any communication delays.
    • Delay due to any unforeseen uncontrolled factor.
    • Mail being marked as SPAM by the email client application of the client or by the mail server being used by the client.
    • Mail for download or activation is bounced by the sender or receiver mail server due to any reason.
    • Once purchased and is done with process, you don’t need the software any longer.
    • Accidentally Purchased Software and now want to remove it from the system.
    • While purchasing your aim was not to purchase this specific software.
    • After purchasing software you faces trouble to operate the tool in your computing platform.
    • Software purchased is not suitable for the platform you are using.
    • Weekend delay in license processing.
    • Unable to use software, as basic requirements to run software is not fulfilled by your machine.
  • Refund will be made only if one of the below conditions hold true
    • If the Client was able to perform the operation as stated with demo version but the functionality was not there in the Full Version.
    • If the CodeAchi Support Team fails to help the client in resolving the issue. Client must email the issue to contact@codeachi.com and wait 10 days or the time requested by CodeAchi Support team with assurance via email.
  • CodeAchi is not responsible for miss-interpretation by client of material published as part of promoting the product/software by CodeAchi. In such case the responsibility lies with client to get the right interpretation from the CodeAchi’s support staff.
  • Refund will only be done when signed “Letter of Destruction” in form of email is received by the client. CodeAchi should receive the email on refund@codeachi.com within 30 days of the date of purchase of the CodeAchi product/software along with the attachment of request made for support to contact@codeachi.com and all other required details like order number from email of the order was processed to.
    • Letter Of Destruction implies that client provides in written that the product/software bought from CodeAchi will be destroyed from all machines where it have been installed and also allow authorized person from CodeAchi to do physical inspection of all the machines where it was installed to ensure destruction is done properly. The inspection can happen anytime within 1 year of the date of purchase of product/software from CodeAchi. The inspection can happen without prior notice to the client. Any evidence of the refund product/software will entitled to legal proceedings.
    • From the date of receiving the “Letter of Destruction” from the client, the refund will be processed within 30 days. Any delay than 30 days will be notified to the client through email from CodeAchi.
  • If the full licensed version of any software works but not completely then we will provide a solution for that.
  • You can contact the support team, in case the software you purchased fails to execute operations that are promised to be done. After analyzing and studying the issue, our technical expert will provide you with the suitable solution and then also if the issue is not solved and still exists, then we will refund you the money you invested while purchasing the product and amount will be determined according to the task and issues solved by our software.
  • We issue 100% refund incase our software fails to fulfill any of our specifications. However in case of any special occurrence CodeAchi’s recruited officer will determine the percentage suitable for refund in such cases.

Refund is not valid in the following cases:

  • When User Is Unwilling to Upload request Files which can help us resolve the problem occurred on Our FTP in Case of Software Failure: There are ‘N’ numbers of corruption cases, and if in any particular unhandled exceptions, the client is finding issues in performing the process using our software; then we ask the client to upload his files on our secure FTP Server, so that we can do the needful for them. We are also ready to sign the Non Discloser Agreement (NDA) if required by the client in such cases. If the client is finding issues in performing the process successfully, and if he is also not uploading his files on our FTP Server, even if we are ready to sign the NDA, then in that case, the refund is not valid.
  • If the client purchased any of our software without first evaluating it with the help of the FREE Demo Version, then the refund for that product will not be given.
  • In case our software is unable to perform the process it is projected to perform, and likewise, none other software in the market also couldn’t perform the same process, then, refund cannot be claimed. If, however, some other software performs the process successfully unlike our software, then, refund can be claimed.
  • If the software is purchased without its prior examination via the demo version, then, refund cannot be claimed
  • Refund is permissible, but only in case of FAILURE of both the PRODUCT and SUPPORT SERVICES. In case when the purchased product fails to perform designated task, then it is advised to first connect with our technical support. The support team is available 24 hours Monday- Saturday and can be contacted at any time as per your requirement. The support team will examine the files and if needed, will connect to your system via remote connectivity. If it is required to transfer the database to our laboratory, then it will be done after getting permission from the client along with Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The support team will then provide additional solution within 48 hours of getting the files at laboratory. If, here too, nothing constructive happens and our technical experts fail to provide any satisfactory solution, then the product amount will be refunded ASAP into your original source of payment.
  • The software holds the capability of successfully working for the lifetime, but on one condition that it must be operated on the same system without updating the environment, uninstalling or removing it. If in case, the software is uninstalled/deleted from the system, then the software must be installed and its license re-activated on the same machine only.
  • Once the software license key has been purchased by the client, then it cannot be transferred to any other machine because the organization does not permit as it would be against of software terms and guidelines.
  • The late delivery of license key can happen due to emergency like sudden damage of server, server unable to respond and etc. License key is quickly delivered after the software purchase and there are some times due to a reason where it could take 2 hours. Therefore, it is requested to stay on the order page once you made the order. Also, remember not to close or click anywhere on the order page because order page needs time to complete the process without unnecessary intrusion.
  • Order License having 50% discount or discount more than 20% from the original price on the date of purchase cannot be cancelled once purchased.
  • If it is noticed that the product license is used after breaking software guidelines and terms then there will be sudden cancellation of the license and client have to pay penalty charges as per company forensics, law and Cyber civil judgement.
  • CodeAchi is not responsible in the situations like apt explanation done on promotional website, blog, article or different kind of promotion that hampers the reputation of CodeAchi. If you find anything like this then immediately contact us or you can also send an emails and avail precise details.
  • Refund case at some point cannot be acceptable if the purchase of the software is already made from reseller, distributor or any other mode. The reliable and trustworthy payment gateway will help to assert the authenticity, so make sure to chat with support agent or email to sales department.
  • CodeAchi can take legal action immediately if found that someone is misusing the software or violating of fair use policy described in product’s download page that leads to harmful result. So, stay aware of it.
  • Refund will not be processed if client violate our refund policy.

Section 2: CodeAchi Service’s refund policy

This section of the policy describe the terms and conditions applied for the refund process of CodeAchi’s service related purchase. The Services are listed in the service page of the website. This policy is only applied to you if you have purchased any services listed in the website under service section. Kindly read section 1 (Above) for the refund policy of CodeAchi products if you are looking for refund policy of CodeAchi product mentioned in the product section of the website.

2.1 Authorized Re-Seller/Agent:

Authorized Reseller or Agent are Individual/Business who have agreement with CodeAchi to resell the Service of CodeAchi. The agreement is done through email. The list of authorized re-seller / Agent are listed on our reseller page. The list is updated on monthly basis.

2.2: Client:

A client is that who purchases any CodeAchi’s Digital Services online through any CodeAchi’s website or through CodeAchi’s authorized resellers or authorized agents.

2.3: Project:

At CodeAchi after successful agreement on our quotation we assign one project manager to ensure the quality and timeline of the service asked by the client. We consider such deliverables as a project and completely depends on the particular quotation prepared for the client along with necessary descriptions.

2.3 Notice:

We maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality standard in all our products and services. Before any kind of payment we create an estimated quotation for client, where we mention each deliverables clearly. Sometime, it become very difficult to mention each details in brief in our quotation, in such cases we use reference of any other already developed product of other brand. We strongly recommend our client who is purchasing our product to make sure all the components of the service described clearly in the deliverables section of the proposed quotation.  We are not liable to deliver anything apart from the deliverables sections at any situations mentioned in our quotation. The final quotation is recorded by us in signed form or taking acceptance replay from the client, which means any other quotation than the one presented with signed via email are invalid.

2.4 Guidelines for Refund

The client as defined in Section 2.1 (above) has the right to request for refund for the CodeAchi Service given for the 30 days from the date of payment, if your case falls in the following refund guidelines.

  • The purchase should be done either directly through CodeAchi websites or through authorized re-seller/agent of CodeAchi.
  • We give clear milestone or schedule for payments if client fails to provide payment on mentioned date and time, refund will not be issued.
  • Client can claim refund only for the last payment made.
  • Refund only be issued to original source of payment.
  • Refund will not be issued in case of over expectation of output from the end result of any our service.
  • Client can ask for Refund within up to 30 days of payment made. Any request made after 30 days is completely invalid and refund will not be issued in such cases.
  • CodeAchi will credit the refund amount within 30 days of request in case the refund is issued. One email will be sent to the client describing the status of their request from CodeAchi.
  • Payment should be made through either official payment gateways or to the official bank account of CodeAchi. Any payment made other than above mentioned are invalid here in after.
  • Refund request made for any Payment made to our authorized agents should be settled through them only.
  • Client have to provide sufficient evidence of the payment such as Bank statement, or any other statements as an evidence of successful payment to CodeAchi.
  • In case of unsatisfactory in the project output/deliverables at any stage has to be communicated via email to assigned project manager, Client may also keep contact@codeachi.com in cc for such emails.
  • Clint must provide sufficient time to resolve any problem they face due to the provided service. We expect at least 15 days to resolve any problem in case of occurrence as such.
  • Client must provide any 3rd party component along with proper documentation required such as API, Premium Service Company other than CodeAchi if required by the project. In case client is unable to provide us the required API or any 3rd party component not promised to be provided from our side any claim for refund will not be issued for the project already started.
  • Refund is given only for unsatisfactory results. We will deny any refund request in case client stopped the project from his/her side due to any reason once the project has been started and initial payment has been made.
  • Refund requested in case of delivery deadline defaults will be reviewed, deadline default due to changing requirements will not be issued.
