We found this software from internet, after some research we found this system listed almost every library software list. And almost every one considering this system to be the best system available in licensed category. We were not much aware about a library software and how to use the system but videos from YouTube helped us lot. We are now using this system with confident and this software have changed the environment of our library in a great margin. We loved the feature where you just scan the ISBN barcode and all details , including image of the books comes to your screen automatically. This helped enter all books and create catalogue for all items we have in our library. Finding a book\'s location is now easier and you can search using title, author etc. Perfect!!

We are using CodeAchi Since 2017 as our College Library Software and this is our 4th time we changed our old system. We have used few paid and free software along the way. Thankfully we didn\'t had to re- enter the data one by one as the data migration option given by CodeAchi were perfect solution while migrating our data. We taken all data from our older software in a excel file and did some changes / shorting required by the codeachi library software. We imported all our data in just 2-3 hours and were ready to use codeachi with all our existing data. We have almost 42000 books, including journals and few spacial items in our library, without a library software we can not imagine to operate our library. We are using the software from 3 different librarian\'s stations and also have given 5 student kiosk( where student can come and search for their required books ). Software runs too fast and compared to other software we don\'t have to wait for internet connection, as it was so frustrating for the student to wait for their books due to internet/connection issue with earlier software. CodeAchi do not require an active internet connection which is good for us as our internet connection is not so much reliable. Therefor, we are using this software for almost over 2 years and we are not looking for change anymore.

We are using this school library software in our school, and it was great so far. We are using this software more than one year now and we had no problem with the software. We asked for few changes in the software which CodeAchi Team has implemented in the software. Like, we were having issue printing invoice for any payment collection, as the design of the invoice was not customizable that time. But after the 6.2 release they have added the feature where you can customize the invoice interface. It was so exciting for us, and this seems Codeachi take care about the customer suggestions very well. We have already suggested this software to some other local schools. It would be great if CodeAchi have a customer care here in USA. However, they replay anytime during the day so not to be worried about support from them.

While implementation we were confused about few things and we contacted codeachi support team almost every 10 minutes. Some of the query from our side was so much childish as everything was given in the user manual. However, CodeAchi support team never hesitate to solve the issue and never told us to follow the user manual. Which I think they given us extra priority for our query.
