Official managed application
Emp Connect connects an employee's approved Windows PC or Android support phone to the organization's CodeAchi workforce workspace.
Installation alone does not activate tracking. Your organization administrator must first create the device assignment and provide a one-time pairing code.
Choose the assigned device
Use the application that matches the device assignment created by your administrator. A Windows PC assignment records attendance and work activity; an Android phone assignment records support-call activity only.
Attendance and work
Use this on the employee's assigned Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC. Windows App Installer verifies the signed package and keeps later approved releases on the same update channel.
Support calls only
Use this only on the Android phone assigned for support-call reporting. The Android app does not turn a phone into an attendance device.
Privacy and control
The Windows tray shows connection and tracking status and provides the available pause control. Emp Connect is not hidden monitoring software.
Each computer or phone has a separate assignment. Administrators can revoke a device without deleting its existing work history.
Windows attendance activity and Android support-call activity remain separate so a phone is not counted as a work PC.
Emp Connect reports the approved work information needed by the organization. It does not provide general remote access to the employee's device.
Contact your organization administrator. CodeAchi support cannot create or reveal an employee device pairing code on behalf of your organization.
